Donielle DeMesme brings more than 20 years of experience in the areas of diversity and inclusion (D&I) and human capital management to CulturePoint. She is committed to social justice, bridging cultural differences, fostering learning and growth, and creating a more productive and happier workforce. Donielle has deep knowledge of creating high performing organizations through building partnerships, developing and facilitating diversity, and implementing multicultural training. She also has experience gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and creating strategies that facilitate communication and trust at all levels of an organization.
Donielle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science degree in Adult Learning and Human Resource Development from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She is the Board Chair of the DC Metro Business Leadership Network, an organization whose mission is to engage, educate, and inform employers so that they learn how to proactively include people with disabilities in the workforce, and how to meet supplier diversity and compliance goals.
