Leading Difficult Conversations
Designed for senior leaders, but adaptable for total workforce, this module focuses specifically on the Dos and Don’ts of safely leading difficult conversations in the workplace. These difficult conversations can be unpredictable and challenging to facilitate, even for the most experienced leaders. In this course, we provide a roadmap for safely and effectively leading these kinds of conversations with maximum participation and minimum conflict. It includes personal leadership competencies and strategies for both leading and participating in difficult discussions.

Diversity and Inclusion Competencies for Leaders
Designed for senior leaders, this module focuses specifically on the Cultural Diversity & Inclusion Competency Model©, which identifies competencies linked to leading inclusive organizations. It includes both personal leadership competencies as well as strategic organizational competencies and is scaled for executives or members of the Senior Executive Service.
 
Diversity and Inclusion Competencies for Managers and Supervisors
Designed for mid-level leaders, this module focuses specifically on the Cultural Diversity & Inclusion Competency Model©, which identifies both the competencies linked to creating inclusive environments, and addresses the challenges presented by culturally diverse workforces in innovative ways. It includes personal leadership competencies as well as managerial D&I competencies.
 
Diversity and Inclusion Competencies for Individuals
Designed for non-supervisory employees, this module focuses specifically on the Cultural Diversity & Inclusion Competency Model©. For non-supervisory employees the focus is on accepting personal responsibility for one’s own inclusion and performance, as well as identifying behaviors that empower individuals and peers. A creative and culturally savvy approach to working in diverse teams is one of the objectives of this module.

Senior Executive Coaching
The CulturePoint team provides executive and D&I specific coaching to senior executives. 

Strategic Issues
The CulturePoint team designs and facilitates group work with clients around the strategic diversity and Inclusion issues that are of concern to the client. 
 
Personal Responsibility & Organizational Efficacy
The skills to work effectively on diverse teams are not just required of leaders, but of all employees, at all levels, from the first day they join your organization. In this course we focus on personal responsibility and the requirement for each individual to take responsibility for their own inclusion. We examine strategies for success at all levels, and the power of being committed to the success of others.  Diversity and inclusion competencies are taught, with hands-on experiential exercises scaled for the level of the employee.
